Hip Pain treated with Dry Needling and Electrical Stim
Here is a case of chronic Hip Pain due to over use in a very healthy young woman. Her overuse pain is primarily in the hip adductors, and also the IT Band.
The problem began with excessive exercise without adequate stretching therapies in her recovery phase. The good news is she is all better, after 3 sessions of Dry Needling with electrical stimulation and heat therapy.
Her hip pain was on the right, anterior and lateral parts of the upper hip, as well as pain and tightness in the IT band attachment above the knee.
She is improved with 3 session of Dry Needling, Electrical Stim, Cupping therapy, and heat therapy…
